Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping Country: This shipping policy is valid for The United Kingdom.

Below you will find the average delivery time of all our packages:

  • Order cutoff time: 17:00 pm (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London). Orders received after this time will be processed the following business day.
  • Order handling time: 1 to 2 business days, fulfilled Monday to Friday. After this time, the shipment is delivered to the carrier company and is ready for transit.
  • Transit time: 7 to 8 business days, delivered Monday to Friday.

We use the following carriers parties:
- DHL
- UPS
- FedEx

Shipping costs

Shipping is free within The United Kingdom. We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home, 100% free. There is also no minimum order quantity required.

Delayed orders

Don't worry if your order hasn't arrived within the maximum delivery time! Wait another two days and use your tracking code to check the status. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us stating your order number.

Change of Address: 

Customer can change their delivery address by contacting our customer service within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order is dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed. These 2 statement work whichever comes first.

Tracking your order

You'll receive an email when your order is shipped with a Tracking number. We provide our customers with a self hosted Track Your Order page which you can use to track your package.
